Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation and are dispatched within the standard processing period.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges.

Once an order has been dispatched, the responsibility for transportation is transferred to the shipping carrier. Any delays caused by logistics providers are outside our direct control, although reasonable assistance will be provided whenever possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
